Born, fifth of six children born to John Bird and Elizabeth Betsy Whitt Brewster, in Dry Fork, Tazewell, VA. He married Rachel Graham, Oct 10, 1885. They had two children, she died after the birth of their second child, a son Charles A. Brewster 1890. He re-
married, Mary L. Watson, June 5, 1893. They had a son, John A Brewster @ 1894. Mary died in 1912. He moved to Bandon, Oregon in 1918 and married again, unknown when, but the 1930 U.S. Federal Census shows him with a wife named Ada, born in MN. She died, some time, unknown, after 1930. No records of children.
