Claude Leroy was the 1st son of Lemon Albert and Ella Minerva (Wilkes) Pickler. He was the husband of Elsie Elizabeth Robbins. He was an early pioneer of Pine Valley and a miner in the Cornucopia Mine. He and Elsie had a farm at Carson in later years.
